RETURN POLICY

  1. The Company at its discretion will accept the return of goods purchased through www.chulastores.com.mx that proves to be defective in manufacture.
  2. Refunds Applications must be made within a period not greater than 5 (five) calendar days counted from the date of delivery.
  3. Once that period has expired, any acquisition of goods by this means will be considered final.
  4. The request for return of the goods shall be sent to the email info@chulastores.com and physical return done by any courier at client’s expense, accompanying their original packaging and with their labels and others that have been given with the purchase to the recipient:

  1. Returned merchandise will be evaluated by the technical area and in case approved, the Company will provide the physical change of the product at no cost to the buyer. Some causes that can prevent the approval to be change for manufacturing defects are:
  • Absence of the defect mentioned (it was found the defect mentioned)
  • Improper use of the product.
  • Signs of accidental damage to the product.Natural wear and tear.
  • Wash or improper maintenance of the product
  1. If the merchandise is not anymore in stock, we will issue a gift voucher for the amount paid to acquire any other product.
  2. We are not responsible for time delays due to accidents or errors by the courier. The order cannot be returned or cancelled due to errors by the delivery courier.

CANCELATION POLICIES

  1. You will be able to request the total or partial cancelation of your purchase by sending an email to info@chulastores.com
  2. Once the purchase is made, you have 48 hours so your cancellation does not represent any kind of charge.
  3. If the cancelation is requested once the merchandise is sent, we will not be able to reimburse any amount.
  4. When a cancelation proceeds, we will reimburse the money returned as a gift certificate up to be used in acquiring any other of the products on our website
  5. The Company will be able to cancel an order if we do not have that article in our stock or is already sold out. We will provide a gift certificate to be used in acquiring any other of the products on our website.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. The Company at its discretion will accept changes on size or model requested on products acquired through www.chulastores.com.mx
  2. The request or Exchange should be made in a time frame no longer than 5 (Five) days after its delivery.
  3. Once that time is over, any acquisition will be considered as final.
  4. The request of changes must be sent to the email info@chulastores.comand client should return the merchandise under their responsibility. The merchandise should be accompanied by the original packaging and with their labels and others that have been given with the purchase to the recipient:
